The process of creating the mat was great, they really nailed the design I was looking for. However, when I get the mat's some already had indents in them (like something pressed against them too long in the box and they never recovered). Also, the mats are not super durable (i.e. my daughter's barbie brushed against a purple square and now there is a scratch mark that won't come out). Lastly, the letters do not stay in place well. Just simply walking over them will have the letters pop out. The mat is a good option for custom mats but I am just a little upset I paid so much money and these may not last a long time.

We contacted support, and they customized a mat to look exactly how we wanted to in no time. We placed the order and had the tiles at our house very quickly. Play area is so soft and easy on the feet, hands and knees. Highly recommend it to any parent with a little one!
